At First Watch, you’re the reason we wake up at the crack of dawn, ready to make your day that much brighter.
We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing the freshest fruits and vegetables, whipping up our French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our award-winning, single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. This authenticity is what guides not only our sourcing and menu, but also our relationships with the communities we serve.
